Required Skills & Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, or other related discipline and related experience.
• 15+ years of A/E/C industry experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business development activity
• Experience in client relationships and project management.
• Have willingness to learn the company’s business and industry
• Ability to occasionally travel to other Cosentini/Tetra Tech offices
• Proven success in growing a practice and winning work
• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality work products under deadline pressure
• Strong technical skills, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
