Your Role:
Responsibilities:

· Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
· Must be able to create, edits, and organize spreadsheets and trackers to ensure efficient assignment of tasks
· Will be a supervisory role requiring training, performance review and management of direct reports
· Ability to work at a fast pace to reach tight deadlines and high volume of hires
· Ability to develop metrics to promote efficiency and to make sure goals are on target
· Ability to present to management status update of hires and related metrics
· Ability to pivot between varying processes for hiring employees at different levels.
· Utilizes candidate databases and recruitment tools to proactively identify prospective candidates and invite them to apply for open positions, including cold-calling
· Maintains accurate and timely ATS updates, including disposition status and reason
· Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
· Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards
· Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
· Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
· Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
· Posting recruiting ads on Indeed, craigslist, Taleo etc.
· Pre-screens candidates prior to hiring manager review.
· Maintains accurate and timely ATS updates, including disposition status and reason.
· Ability to travel, for hiring events and conferences for additional sourcing
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Workdays in excess of 8 hours and/or weekend attendance may be required. Weekend and evening work is expected during activations and to address recruiting challenges with sourcing across various time zones.
· Ability to travel to various locations based on project needs for onsite hiring and recruiting events. (Travel accommodations will be coordinated and provided for you.)
· 6-year minimum experience recruiting, previous management experience preferred
· High volume recruiting experience preferred
· High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and customer focus
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent data management and Microsoft Excel skills
· Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously; set priorities and plan work to meet deadlines
· Ability to identify problems and develop solutions
· Computer application skills
