Deputy Program Manager, Assessments, Monitoring, and Evaluation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a social science discipline is required. Master’s degree is highly desired.
- Minimum eight years of technical program experience is required. Minimum ten years is desired.
- Minimum six years supporting the implementation of USG contracts across the interagency.
- Minimum six years supporting documentation processes, capability development processes or requirements determination processes, is required.
- Minimum six years leading knowledge management, including information systems design and management, organizational development, organizational learning, strategic communications, third party monitoring, indicator development, & workshop facilitation on USG contracts is required.
- Knowledge of DASD(GP) and DSCA organizations and missions desired.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is required.
- Fluency in English is required.

Pay Transparency Statement:
We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant, and equitable approach to employment compensation. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated pay range for this position is $135,000 to $145,000 USD.
