Deputy Chief of Party (Capacity Building Advisor/Justice Sector Specialist), USAID/Mali Sariya Bato, Mali
Qualifications:
- Degree in law, governance, public administration, public policy, international development or other relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Five (5) to eight (8) years of relevant experience in the field of law required. Strong experience in justice sector reform, in science of law writing and judiciary cooperation.
- Knowledge of judicial reform issues and programming in Mali.
- Experience supervising diverse teams and managing stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, supervision, and written/oral communication skills.
- Level III French language and level III English language skill required.
