Deputy Chief of Party, USAID Indonesia Harmoni
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in development studies, business administration, or a social science required, Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of eight years of professional experience in international development with significant relevant experience in project management and supervising staff in a programmatic and/or operational capacity.
- At least three years of dedicated experience working on USAID grant programs and extensive knowledge of USAID regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in programs requiring community-level engagement, civic engagement, and/or democracy promotion required.
- Experience in P/CVE or conflict programming preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing communications strategy and product development both on- and offline, especially dealing with sensitive issues and at-risk communities.
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning for a complex program, which includes measuring, analyzing, and reporting on performance, as well as external conditions and situations that may affect activities and the project’s ability to achieve results.
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, and ability to manage and be flexible in difficult and challenging circumstances.
- Fluency in spoken Bahasa required.
- Strong English writing and oral skills are required.
