Deputy Chief of Party, PIMMELA
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, international development, statistics, social sciences, public health, or related fields required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in MEL, including Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Reporting, Learning, Analysis, and Adapting (MERRLAA) required.
- Minimum seven years of experience managing teams focused on data collection, analysis, and reporting required.
- Experience in a supervisory role managing technical teams and subcontractors required.
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative field research required.
- Experience with USAID preferred.
- Experience in designing and implementing MEL systems, tools, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with implementation and service delivery challenges in the Philippines, Pacific Islands, and Mongolia preferred.
- Ability to oversee and ensure quality control of technical deliverables.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., R, STATA, or similar) and visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English required.
