Deputy Chief of Party-Operations, USAID Iraq Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Activity (IMELA), Baghdad or Erbil, Iraq
Qualifications:
- Minimum seven (7) years of international experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related subject required; Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing finance and administrative functions for international development projects required.
- Experience with USAID projects strongly preferred.
- Experience working on monitoring, evaluation, and learning projects preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant US federal regulations and procedures is required.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communications skills required, with proficiency in Arabic preferred.
