Qualifications:

* Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant field required (master’s degree preferred);

* Minimum ten (10) years of escalating responsibility and experience managing USAID contracts or other complex programs. Prefer previous international experience and direct supervision of a team;

*Strong background in contracts management, finance, and procurement processes including experience working with geographically dispersed teams; relevant experience managing complex budgets;

* Strong financial and project management skills;

* Excellent intercultural communication skills;

* Excellent information management skills with very strong attention to detail and understanding of requirements;

* Ability to organize work and perform independently while closely and appropriately coordinating with team members;

* High level of proficiency in MS Office applications;

* Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Fluency in another language of the CCBO portfolio countries would be beneficial (e.g., Spanish);

*Excellent people skills, good problem solver, aware of and able to navigate cultural differences; and

*Current US work authorization required.

Pay Transparency Statement

We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant and equitable approach to employment compensation and rate setting. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys.  The anticipated pay range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000 USD annually.
