- 4+ years professional work experience implementing and administering server databases, deriving physical database designs, developing logical data models, create databases and data services using Transact-SQL severs.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
- Required Database Administrator Certification or may substitute an equivalent work experience of 4 years. A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline may be substituted for 2 years experience.
- Have experience or prior knowledge of FAA financial and acquisition systems.
- Advanced proficiency in the use of industry standard office software and applications (MS Office, SharePoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
- Advance proficiency with MS Excel to create pivot tables, macros and other functions (e.g. VLOOKUP, PowerPivot, IF/THEN statements, etc.).
- Experience building and maintaining databases (e.g. MS Access) is required.
- Demonstrated experience gathering requirements.
- Demonstrated experience responding to external and internal inquiries.
- Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) tools such as Tableau is a requirement.
- FAA Financial (i.e. OBEE, NDC, EDR, etc…) and Acquisition Systems (PRISM)
- Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Oracle Base Knowledge
- SharePoint (KSN) - Development/Design
- Tableau – Design, re-design
