Tetra Tech is adding a Data Analytics Program Manager to our Case Management team based Remote in capacity. 

Travel Requirement:

This role requires frequent travel which can extend up to 14 to 21 days at a time before returning home for the purposes of project set up meetings, client guidance and project oversight.

Your Role:

Tetra Tech Disaster Recovery is currently seeking to hire a Data Analytics Program Manager for the Case Management Practice. The successful candidate will have extraordinary attention to detail and be responsible for executing and overseeing daily administrative, data entry, and reconciliation functions assigned to them under the supervision of the Practice Lead, Deputy Practice Lead and/or Program Manager. The Data Analytics Program Manager will be responsible for reporting on key project metrics and summarizing data trends for all projects across the Case Management Practice. The Data Manager will also be responsible for providing guidance and oversight to Data Managers, Data Analysts, and Data Administrators. The Data Program Manager may have 5-15 direct reports.

·       Align and coordinate reporting across multiple programs and projects with a focus on client friendly reports that are easy to comprehend and visually appealing.

·       Manage data team members by providing guidance, oversight and quality control review over their data and reporting responsibilities.

·       Manage and develop standard operating procedures to govern data and reporting across the practice.

·       Work closely with the management team compile reports based on aggregated project level program data.

·       Understand federal grant records management requirements and develop processes to report required information.

·       Provide oversight and guidance for staff to coordinate, review, analyze, and summarize financial data for grant-funded programs.

·       Provide oversight and guidance for staff to conduct data cleansing and metric reporting off large datasets for project management needs.

·       Provide guidance and oversight for staff to Reconcile cost estimates, audits, and other initiatives that support disaster recovery efforts.

·       Test, analyze, learn and work within systems of record that may be used by clients and other program stakeholders.

·       Lead workflow automations utilizing Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate.

·       Lead the creation of project reporting utilizing Microsoft PowerBI and/or Smartsheet.

·       Problem solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of business end user automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.

·       Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.

·       Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.

·       Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.

·       Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Computer or Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.

·       Worked within the last ten (10) years developing data analysis tools, conducting training or providing technical assistance related to data management and reporting systems in federally funded programs.

·       Worked with Microsoft Office products, database management and database connections, coding languages, pivot table analyses, Power BI, Web Based Dashboard development, and reporting. Must have advanced technical skills utilizing Microsoft Excel (PowerPivot and PowerQuery preferred).

·       Worked at least five (5) years managing data analysts.

·       Certified Data Management Professional or Certified Information Management Professional or currently possess similar certification.

·       Excellent writing and skills to present technical reports to non-technical people.

·       Prior experience with federal grant funding preferred.

·       Ability to create and maintain process automation documentation.

·       Proficient verbal and written communications skills including the ability to create technically accurate and visually appealing reports.

·       Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

·       Ability to work attentively with minimal supervision.

·       Workdays more than 8 hours and/or weekend attendance may be required.

·       Extraordinary attention to detail.

·       Have interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire teams.

·       Ability to effectively lead teams in a virtual environment.

·       Ability to monitor staff utilization and adjust assignments to maximize staff efficiency.

·       Ability to coordinate with Project Managers to solicit feedback on reports.

·       Provide training to Program Managers, Project Managers and Senior Staff on required reports.
