Criminal Procedural Law Expert, PAJ
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in law required. PhD in criminal law preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant academic and professional experience in criminal law required.
- Experience in curriculum development, particularly in criminal law education.
- Experience in the application of criminal law.
- Experience researching in legal developments, legislative amendments, and curriculum contributions.
- Understanding of local and international criminal laws and procedures.
- Familiarity with international agreements and comparative legal frameworks in criminal law.
- Ability to design curricula suitable for different student levels, using diverse teaching techniques such as project-based learning, case studies, and simulations.
- Proficiency in developing diverse teaching techniques, such as project-based learning, case studies, and simulations.
- Fluency in Arabic required. Proficiency in English is preferable.
