Cost Estimator-Entry Level-Richland

Associates degree from an accredited college or university preferred;
-
0-3 years of experience required, this can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience.

General knowledge of construction methods and practices;
-
Familiarity with cost estimating software (MCASES MII, PACES, On Screen Takeoff etc.) is a plus;
-
Experience with mechanical, electrical and plumping systems is preferred.

Experience in CAD or 3D software preferred;
-
Exposure to knowledge of project scheduling principals and software;
Understanding of the use of a work breakdown structure; -
Estimator should be able to take direction from senior estimator and perform task assigned utilizing independent judgement;

Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance preferred.
