Contracts Specialist
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in the international development/studies, business administration or another related field
- 1-3 years of relevant procurement work experience with USAID Contracts
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations System and AIDAR
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiating, and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-sufficient and be able to operate independently.
- Able to produce accurate and complete documents in a timely manner.
- Excellent listening skills and highly developed sense of responsibility and commitment to customer service
Valued Qualifications:
- Fluency in a foreign language.
- Prior work experience or knowledge of Purchasing System Review (CPSR), and its application to Federal government contracts/subcontracts.

- International travel may be required.
