Contracts Manager-Ukraine
Minimum qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree preferably in the International Development field or equivalent job experience.
- Prior work experience with U.S. federal government contracting, preferably with USAID and other donor agencies
- Previous financial and project management experience
- Thorough knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Registers and USAID Acquisition Regulations.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent negotiating and budgeting skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and proficient in Word
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
Physical demands & work environment
- Travel within Ukraine and abroad may be required.
- Requires presence in SPARC’s office in Kyiv and can involve hybrid work in accordance with Tetra Tech policies and at the discretion of SPARC’s Chief of Party.
