Contracts Administrator - Ukraine
Minimum qualifications:
- 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, finance or related field. 4 years of directly related work experience may be substituted for degree.
- Prior work experience with U.S. federal government contracting
- Previous financial and project management experience
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Basic negotiating and budgeting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Professional proficiency in English and Ukrainian
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in procurements with USAID or other donor agencies
- Strong attention to details
- Advanced degree
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
