The opportunity
- Based in Australia (in office, hybrid or remote)
- Full-time ongoing role
- Contribute to projects that strengthen economies and communities worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute tasks aligned with sector priorities and Tetra Tech’s Growth and Transformation Strategy.
- Conduct literature reviews, summarise research findings, and support strategic market analysis.
- Development Support – Assist with bid preparation, Terms of Reference, formatting, and proposal submissions to secure new opportunities.
- Provide logistical, and project coordination support, ensuring smooth execution.
- Collaborate across teams and external partners to build strong relationships and drive results.
- Support initiatives in Australian and New Zealand Governments international development policy alongside wider international development priorities
- Monitor business development pipelines, uphold company values, and ensure adherence to best practices and systems.
Selection criteria
- Undergraduate degree in business, management, social sciences, or a related field.
- Prior experience in business development, project management, and knowledge of the international development sector.
- Strong ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support market and business development strategies.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
- Ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Capable of working autonomously while handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to delivering positive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
