Construction Field Engineer/Quality Control Manager
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a focus in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Work experience can be substituted for education.
• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in construction, remediation, or environmental science.
• 3-5 years of applicable experience in heavy construction and earthwork is desired.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Must be willing to travel for short time periods.
• PC, Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Required to have or be prepared to obtain in a timely manner 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification and OSHA 30 Hour Construction training.
• Prefer knowledge or experience with interpretation of applicable Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety Administration (OSHA), and Quality standards and regulations.
• A professional registration (ASQ, PMP, PE, etc.) is desired.
A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along with a physical if needed.
