Tetra Tech needs an Electrical with a Telecom and TSS background in New Delhi, India (live position, not proposal) for construction of 28 Acre $575M New U.S. Embassy Compound (NEC) with State Dept. Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO). Requires a US Govt. Secret Security Clearance.

Minimum commitment 1 year, expected to last 3-5 years.

Position Description
-
Provide NEC project with full range of critical engineering and construction management oversight.

Perform technical inspections of electrical work, monitor construction contractor's quality control program, and review project drawings to ensure compliance.

Observe onsite construction and determine if construction elements are being installed, formed, and executed properly.
- Monitor construction progress with regard to project schedule and submit weekly progress reports with recommendations based on technical review of project documents and field inspections.
Requirements

US Govt. Secret Clearance or higher
- High school diploma
- 7-10 years construction experience
