Communications Specialist/Project Editor
Essential KSAs (experience, skills, education, certification, etc.):
- At least 10 years of communications experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, marketing, business, or related field
- Experience working in a communications role on USAID or other donor projects
- Experience with USAID Branding requirement and Graphic Standards
- Fluency to read and writing English professionally
- A high level of experience with and ability to translate technical reports for general audiences
- Ability to think, write, and present content in a creative and compelling manner
- Demonstrated experience in developing content across digital, print, and social media channels
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and perform numerous tasks simultaneously
- Motivated and energetic self-starter with a positive, inclusive, and creative outlook
- At least a basic understanding of written and spoken Russian
- Proven ability to manage internal and external client expectations
Valued but not Required KSAs:
- Experience working in international development, energy, and/or environment sectors
- Proficiency with digital photography and Adobe Creative Suite
