Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as international development, public policy, social sciences, or a related discipline required.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, or related fields required.
• Experience in facilitating after-action reviews and implementing lessons learned processes required.
• Experience developing and delivering learning events or training sessions aimed at promoting knowledge sharing and capacity building required.
• Strong understanding of CLA principles and methodologies, with practical experience in applying them to programmatic contexts required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively required.
• Ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and implementing partners from diverse cultural backgrounds required.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge management platforms required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required.
