Civil Society Capacity Building Expert, U.S. State Department Monitoring, Evaluation and Audit Services for Reporting, Kyiv Ukraine

Qualifications: 
•    A master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant academic field is required.
•    Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field is required. 
•    Experience in designing and delivering training and mentorship programs for grassroots activists, community leaders, and/or civil society organization staff is required.
•    Experience working with or within civil society organizations, regional associations, or multi sector coalitions to strengthen governance, advocacy, or partnership-building is required.
•    Understanding of the local context related to local governance structures, accountability and citizen engagement in such processes is required.
•    Proficiency in report writing and Microsoft Office applications is required.
•    Ability to travel within Ukraine is required.
•    Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Ukrainian is required.
