Chief of Party, USAID/Honduras Strengthening Democratic Governance
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in public administration, international relations, economics, business administration, law, or a related field.
- At least ten (10) years’ experience working in developing countries.
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills working with large and complex programs.
- Experience as Chief of Party for a USAID project or similar donor-funded projects, preferably on Democracy & Governance and/or Anti-Corruption projects.
- Experience working with government institutions at a high-level, including public administration institutions, line ministries, anti-corruption and audit agencies.
- Demonstrated expertise in the areas of governance, anti-corruption/accountability and civil society engagement and capacity building in a developing country context similar to that of Honduras.
- Experience working in Honduras preferred; regional experience required.
- Strong communications skills and stakeholder management experience.
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English and Spanish required.
