Chief of Party for Southern Africa Resilient Waters II
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree or higher in natural or administrative science, environmental management or a related field;
* At least 12 years of experience leading development projects of a similar scope and/or in a similar region;
* Technical expertise in water and natural resource management, biodiversity, climate change adaptation, public-private partnerships and/or community resilience;
* Demonstrated track record of progressively responsible managerial experience implementing donor projects with similar complexity;
* Previous experience developing collaborative working relationships with host-country governments, civil society, regional stakeholders and other contractors;
* Experience in monitoring, evaluating, and documenting progress toward project objectives, evaluating sub-contractor and grantee activities, and developing solutions to keep activities on track;
* Experience working in Southern Africa;
* Professional proficiency in both spoken and written in English
