Chief of Party for Guinea Integrated Good Governance Activity
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in political sciences, law, sociology, public administration, management, economics, geography; advanced degree highly preferred.
* At least 15 years' professional experience (bachelor’s level) or 10 years' professional experience (advanced degree level) in local governance, decentralization, community involvement or public administration.
* At least 5 years of USAID project management experience preferred.
* Proven leadership, organizational and writing skills required.
* Fluency in French is required.
* Proficiency in English is required.
