Chief of Party (COP), USAID, Evidence Mapping, Systematic Reviews, and Impact Evaluations (EMSRIE)
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as economics, monitoring & evaluation, library & information sciences, or similar is preferred.
- 8 years or more of relevant experience leading projects is required.
- Subject matter expertise in the areas of agriculture and food security, nutrition, resilience, or WASH is desired.
- Previous Chief of Party experience or similar (e.g., Deputy Chief of Party, Team Leader, Country or Technical Director) on a USAID-funded award is preferred.
- Familiarity with USAID rules and regulations (ADS, FAR).
- Demonstrated work managing large, diverse teams is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, client service skills and people management skills are required.
