Qualifications
• Degree in environmental science, biological resources, or equivalent degree
• 10+ years of experience in managing or supervising environmental compliance during pipeline construction for FERC or;
• Extensive previous experience as a Chief Environmental Inspector or Lead Environmental Inspector on a recent pipeline project
• A complete working knowledge of all environmental aspects of a pipeline construction project, including but not limited to, wetland crossings, stream crossings, agricultural lands, residential construction, cultural resources, and erosion and sediment control design and procedures
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to manage complex projects within budget and deadline
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States
