Change Management Specialist - Nigeria
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development law, economics, change management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in change management, particularly in the electricity distribution or utility industry.
- Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, utilities, and regulatory frameworks affecting the electricity distribution sector.
- Demonstrated familiarity with and prior experience addressing energy sector challenges in Nigeria.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Preferred but Not Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business administration, organizational development law, economics, change management, or a related field.
- Experience designing and implementing programs that promote gender equality and women’s empowerment in the energy sector.
- Certification in change management.
- Proficiency in change management software and project management tools.
- Working experience in Nigeria.
