Change Management Coach - Thailand
Essential KSA's Required (experience, skills, education, certification, etc):
-
10 years of direct experience working in the field of Gender or Diversity and Inclusion
-
10 years of experience working in change management/organizational improvement providing advice/guidance to private sector companies to improve HR practices and corporate culture change specific to gender equity in Southeast Asia
-
Master’s degree in human resources, gender studies, energy, or related field
-
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
-
Experience working in developing country contexts
-
Experience working in HR-related fields such as recruitment, training, mentorship, HR policies and risk assessment, inclusive workplaces, and corporate culture change

Coaching experience and superior interpersonal skills
-
Ability to summarize key meeting takeaways, prepare reports, and communicate results of events and training activities

Ability to interact in a constructive, cooperative, and harmonious manner; to work effectively as a team player; to establish positive relationships and gain the confidence of others on the team
Valued but not required KSA's:
-
Experience working on similar USAID programs is strongly preferred
-
Experience working on regional programs is an asset
-
Experience working with energy sector organizations (public and private)
-
Fluency in one of the regional languages
