Change Management Coach - Thailand

Essential KSA's Required (experience, skills, education, certification, etc): 

• 10 years of direct experience working in the field of Gender or Diversity and Inclusion

• 10 years of experience working in change management/organizational improvement providing advice/guidance to private sector companies to improve HR practices and corporate culture change specific to gender equity in Southeast Asia

• Master’s degree in human resources, gender studies, energy, or related field

• Fluency in English (written and verbal)

• Experience working in developing country contexts

• Experience working in HR-related fields such as recruitment, training, mentorship, HR policies and risk assessment, inclusive workplaces, and corporate culture change

• Coaching experience and superior interpersonal skills

• Ability to summarize key meeting takeaways, prepare reports, and communicate results of events and training activities

• Ability to interact in a constructive, cooperative, and harmonious manner; to work effectively as a team player; to establish positive relationships and gain the confidence of others on the team

Valued but not required KSA's: 

• Experience working on similar USAID programs is strongly preferred

• Experience working on regional programs is an asset

• Experience working with energy sector organizations (public and private)

• Fluency in one of the regional languages
