Change Management Coach - Thailand
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Master’s degree in human resources, gender studies, energy, or related field.
- 10 years of direct experience working in the field of Gender or Diversity and Inclusion.
- 10 years of experience working in change management/organizational development providing advise/guidance to private sector companies to improve HR practices and corporate culture change specific to gender equity in Southeast Asia.
- Experience working in developing country contexts.
- Experience working in HR-related fields such as recruitment, training, mentorship, HR policies and risk assessment, inclusive workplaces, and corporate culture change.
- Fluency in English.
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact in a constructive, cooperative, and harmonious manner; to work effectively as a team player; to establish positive relationships and gain the confidence of others.
Valued but not required KSA’s:
- Experience working on similar USAID programs is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with energy sector organizations (public and private) and infrastructure projects.
