Case Manager (Harris County)
The selected candidate will preferable have experience in post-disaster grant and case management programs. This specifically includes federally funded program management and administration.
The ideal candidate should have the following:
● High attention to detail and experience with data tracking and monitoring
● PC, Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required (specifically strong Excel skills)
● Ability to learn project-specific computer systems as needed (specifically SharePoint and proprietary computer systems).
● Individuals in this position are expected to maintain a professional demeanor, have strong analytical skills, excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively interact with individuals from various cultures and backgrounds. Individuals in this position must also have the ability to work independently, as well as within teams of consultants.
