Case Manager
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have the following:

Bachelor's degree; relevant experience may substitute
-
2+ years of case management experience
-
Experience in post-disaster grant and case management programs, including federally funded program management and administration.

High attention to detail and experience with data tracking and monitoring
PC, Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required (specifically strong Excel skills) -
Ability to learn project-specific computer systems as needed (specifically SharePoint and proprietary computer systems).

Excellent understanding of and ability to analyze tax returns, property deeds, insurance, and other program-related documents
-
Good understanding of and ability to articulate design, permitting and other construction-related subjects
-
A flexible schedule that can accommodate some evening or weekend work as may be required

Individuals in this position are expected to maintain a professional demeanor, have strong analytical skills, excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively interact with individuals from various cultures and backgrounds. Individuals in this position must also have the ability to work independently, as well as within teams of consultants.
