- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, international relations, or other related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in supporting proposal activities and/or proposal writing.
- Familiarity with US government and multilateral development bank proposal requirements.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including ability to work independently, and prioritize and manage activities with attention to detail.
- Report production and formatting experience.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop and early-stage BD initiatives.
- Ability to track and monitor proposal documents from inception to production/final copy.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously, and available to work additional hours as needed.
- Strong computer proficiency in using content management systems (e.g., Egnyte) and Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, required.
- Fluency in English required.
