Business Development Associate - Remote

Minimum Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, IT, business management, or certification in related field. 
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in business development, including supporting proposal activities and contributing to proposal writing. 
• Fluency in Spanish and English and demonstrated skills in technical writing and editing in those languages. 
• Experience with knowledge management and information systems, and data gathering and processing. 
• Experience in the design and implementation of energy or climate change related projects  
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, including ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment, and prioritize and manage activities with precision and attention to detail. 
• Strong interpersonal skills, such as diplomacy and conflict mitigation, required to develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, consultants, partners and clients working in the international development sector. 
• Experience working with International Financial Institutions (IFIs). 
• Experience writing technical content on energy-related projects. 
• Experience in using graphic design and data analysis programs.
