Business Development Associate - Remote
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, IT, business management, or certification in related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in business development, including supporting proposal activities and contributing to proposal writing.
- Fluency in Spanish and English and demonstrated skills in technical writing and editing in those languages.
- Experience with knowledge management and information systems, and data gathering and processing.
- Experience in the design and implementation of energy or climate change related projects
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment, and prioritize and manage activities with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, such as diplomacy and conflict mitigation, required to develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, consultants, partners and clients working in the international development sector.
- Experience working with International Financial Institutions (IFIs).
- Experience writing technical content on energy-related projects.
- Experience in using graphic design and data analysis programs.
