Billing Specialist/Project Accountant
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project billing and/or contract accounting experience
- Associate degree/Certificate in Accounting Principles
- High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong analytical skills
- A valid driver’s license, and ability to travel to client offices and project sites when required (local and interstate travel required)
- Must be able to pass a background screen
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in consulting and/or DoD/contracting in a billing/accounting capacity
Physical Requirements:
- Remaining in a stationary position for long periods of time
Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and using a computer

This is a full-time employment opportunity
Work schedule required to work is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
The pay range for this position is between $70,000 to $75,000 annually. However, the pay offered may vary depending on primary work location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal parity
