Associate for Democracy, Rights, and Governance – US based remote
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
* Minimum master’s or other advanced degree in international development or related field;
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in international development or project management;
* Technical proficiency in Economic Governance such as Public Financial Management, Business Enabling Environment, Regulatory Framework Development;
* Experience with USAID-funded project management, monitoring and evaluation, and/or communications;
* Experience in public finance management, business enabling environment and policy preparation preferred;
* Demonstrated capacity to link Democracy, Rights and Governance issues to efforts in other Tetra Tech sectors (Agriculture and Economic Growth, Environment and Natural Resources, Land Tenure and Property Rights, and Water Security, Sanitation and Hygiene) preferred;
* Conversant in USAID strategies and cross-cutting principles, including but not limited to digital development, gender and social inclusion, local capacity strengthening, localization, positive youth development, and private sector engagement preferred;
* Excellent communications skills, particularly in client relations;
* Fluency in English and Spanish required;
* Availability to travel 30-40% (safety and conditions permitting); and
* Current US work authorization is required at the time of application.

We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant and equitable approach to employment compensation and rate setting. The anticipated pay range for this position is $70,000 to $126,000 annually.
