Associate Director - Architecture

You must be an enthusiastic registered architect that has knowledge and experience of leading the design and assessment of buildings and facilities for UK government within the defence or security sector. This will include from inception to completion, with emphasis on RIBA Stages 4 and 5. It is preferable that you have experience of delivering BIM level 2 projects on site. You must have the ability to work at a high level, employing a range of drawing, modelling and interpersonal skills to engage, influence and collaborate with cogent clients, colleagues and stakeholders on a broad range of interesting projects. This is not always just architecture; working with our wide range of professional colleagues, you will help solve the type of complex problems our clients need our support with.  You will research, write and illustrate print-ready reports, must have the ability to write fee and project bids and will perform effectively at interview. You must have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of an established team.  You will hold, as a minimum, SC security clearance and be prepared to attain DV clearance, which Tetra Tech will sponsor you through. You must have a Full UK driving licence. It is essential that you have a high level of personal numeracy.
