Apprentice BIM or Construction Manager
Qualifications/Skills:
· Minimum 2.2 Honours degree or above in a relevant Engineering or Architecture discipline, or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University. Applicants who do not meet the above academic requirements but hold a relevant professional qualification and can demonstrate appropriate experience, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
· A keen interest in Project Management and Contract Administration
· We want colleagues to be focussed on gaining experience to develop your career – as an apprentice, we want you to be eager to work on projects and learn how to deliver a service that benefits our clients.
· You need be confident and assured in your ability to communicate. As a PM, key to what you do is understanding what our clients and teams need, strategising how to deliver that and to engage with the parties necessary to manage the processes.
· Be motivated and enthusiastic – leading a team means you’ll set an example to those around you and look to promote a positive environment.
· Being able to visit our sites, clients and team members is crucial so a full, clean UK driving license with access to a vehicle for business use is essential for the role.
