Anti-Corruption Learning Advisor Consultant, CTC Grand Challenge, Remote
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in international development or related field, with minimum 15 years of relevant work experience required. Master’s degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience working at a senior level on anti-corruption programming required.
- Knowledge of how to leverage technology to support anti-corruption efforts is preferred.
- Knowledge of USAID, government and/or other donor-based projects is preferred.
- Strong technical, organizational, communications, research, reporting, writing, and analytical skills in the anti-corruption space required.
- Ability to coach and work well with others across industries is required.
- Ability to enhance the visibility of the CTC Grand Challenge, by helping to roll-out a learning agenda across the activity’s networks is required.
- Ability to learn, grow, support, and lead in a collaborative working environment is required.
- Ability to participate in regular virtual preparatory meetings and discussion sessions, as well as to work asynchronously through online draft documents is required.
- Ability to work on Google Drive and a variety of online platforms is required.
- Ability to travel and participate in in-person events in Washington, D.C. and potentially globally is required.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.

Pay Transparency Statement:
We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant, and equitable approach to employment compensation. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated daily pay range for this position is $650 to $700 USD.
