Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.  Master’s degree in Data Analytics, International Affairs, Public Policy, or a related field preferred.
• Five + (5) years of experience in program evaluation, performance assessment, or data analysis.
• Ability to conduct outreach and work with various stakeholders across the DoD, partners, industry, and academic institutions including at a senior level.
• Experience in supporting the development and execution of wargames and tabletop exercises, including analysis, scripting, and logistical support.
• Excellent research, analysis, writing, and editing skills.
• Experience with publications and curriculum development a plus.
• Familiarity with DoD assessment methodologies and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• TS/SCI or Secret security clearance.
