AI Solutions Engineer
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions with a strong focus on OpenAI and Azure AI technologies. Must be able to or have:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related technical field.
· Demonstrated expertise in building agentic AI tools or autonomous agents using OpenAI function calling, vector stores, and toolchains.
· Experience integrating AI into enterprise platforms or business workflows.
· Proficiency in Python and experience with API design, orchestration, and cloud architecture.
· Solid understanding of data governance, security, and responsible AI principles.
· Prior experience with federal grant funding preferred.
· Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Business Administrative background preferred.
· Ability to translate real-world challenges into AI use cases and solutions.
· Ability to create and maintain process automation documentation.
· Must have proficient verbal and written communications skills with the ability to receive and execute instructions.
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
· Work attentively with minimal supervision.
· Problem solves issues that arise in day-to-day running of business end user automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
· Workdays in excess of 8 hours and/or weekend attendance may be required.
· Adaptable to work on many different deliverables and maintain composure and professionalism.
