* Recently completed or in progress Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

* Interest in agriculture, economics, geography, communications, or project management

* At least one year of international development experience

* Speaking and reading proficiency in either Spanish or French

* Ability to legally work in the US without employer sponsorship.
