Advocacy Expert, Bosnia & Herzegovina Local Governance Assistance Activity

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in public relations, communications, or other relevant field is required.
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in development and implementation of advocacy campaigns involving citizens engagement in BiH is required.
• Experience in the development of advocacy tools and materials, including in relation to oversight advocacy campaigns is required.
• Advanced computer skills and ability to design page outlines is required.
• Strong report writing skills in English is required.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills in the official languages of peoples in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian) is required.
