Administrative and Logistics Support, IDEA Activity
Qualifications:
- Minimum Advanced Level (A-Level) degree, Sri Lankan advanced degree equivalent to an associate’s degree, required.
- Minimum two years of experience working as an administrative assistant, secretary, or technical support for a public organization, NGO, or international organization required.
- Experience supporting senior staff preferred.
- Experience working with USAID-funded projects preferred.
- Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint required.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills required.
- Fluency in English and one national language such as Sinhala and/or Tamil required. Proficiency in a second national language such as Sinhala and/or Tamil preferred.
