Administration Specialist - Ukraine
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, legal, and/or other relevant fields.
- 3 years of relevant project management and/or operations or administrative experience on USAID and/or other multi-lateral donor projects.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in English.
- Proven excellent writing and communication skills, able to communicate complex information and deliver verbal and written messages effectively.
- Proven ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and re-prioritize as necessary.
- Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, both independently and as a team member
- Proven ability to produce accurate and complete documents in a timely manner.
- Excellent computer skills, especially on Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration, finance, legal, and/or other relevant fields.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational, teamwork and technical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and be accountable for any assigned work.
- Committed attitude to work and desire to learn and progress career in Administration/Operations in international technical assistance projects.
