Administration Manager - Ukraine
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, legal, and/or other relevant fields
At least 5 years of relevant project management and/or operations or administrative experience
Fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver results
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational, teamwork, and technical skills
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and re-prioritize them as necessary
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, both independently and as a team member
Ability to produce accurate and complete documents in a timely manner
Excellent computer skills, especially on Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred but Not Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in business administration, finance, legal, and/or other relevant fields
- Relevant project management and/or operations or administrative experience on USAID and/or other multilateral donor projects
Line Management Responsibility: 3 employees
Physical Demands and Work Environment: This position will require regular attendance at the office in Kyiv and may entail occasional travel within Ukraine to interact with local stakeholders.
