Administration and Due Diligence Officer

Main Duties:

  • Carry out due diligence checks on all third-party applicants and ensure relevant issues are escalated to the programme management team.
  • Support third parties with any queries related to due diligence
  • Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and non-compliance situations
  • Create and maintain a compliance dashboard that enables the tracking and measurement of compliance and ensure other operational trackers such as the supplier database are maintained
  • Support the programme management team in drafting contracts for employees, consultants and sub-contractors
  • Work with the programme management and legal teams to mitigate potential contracting risks

Aptitude and skills:

  • You must have experience and a proven track record of working in a compliance, legal, finance or risk function
  • Some experience working with contracts preferred
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to perform other functions as directed
  • Proven written and oral communication skills in a range of formats (briefings, reports, summaries etc.) and to a range of audiences
  • Proven capacities to quickly familiarise with new procedures
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor’s degree qualifications
