Admin. Project Services Assistant

Qualifications:

•  High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college desired.

·      1-3 years’ related experience as described in the position responsibilities is preferred.

•    Willingness and ability to travel as needed, approximately 10%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and other platforms as needed. 

·         Extraordinary attention to detail, strong communication with customer focus and organizational skills.

·         Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously; set priorities and plan work to meet deadlines.

·         Ability to identify problems and develop solutions, working well in a team environment.

·         Ability to follow established procedures.

·         Proficiency in use of computers and software appropriate to this position, including Microsoft Word,    

• Excel, Power Point and TEAMs.

·         Ability to work attentively with minimal supervision and set priorities.

·         Ability to learn new software programs, as necessary. 

·         Although the PC/AA will not specifically need to be 40 HazWoper or Radiation Worker trained, as entry  

into the job sites is not required, they should become familiar with the principles of both programs.

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00.
