Activity Manager, CTC Grand Challenge, Remote
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in international development, public administration, public policy, business administration, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum seven years of experience working in program management in a global development context required.
- Experience managing budgets, project deliverables, work plans, preparation of reports, contract compliance, and project operations with a distributed team required.
- Familiarity with USAID regulations and grants management preferred.
- Familiarity and/or experience working on anti-corruption, technology, and/or private sector engagement preferred.
- Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to work with a global, remote team required.
- Strong stakeholder management skills required.
- Fluency writing and speaking in English required.

Pay Transparency Statement:
We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant and equitable approach to employment compensation. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated pay range for this position is $70,000 to $107,000 USD.
