Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, public policy, economics, law, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least five (5) years’ experience working in designing, implementing and monitoring anti-corruption initiatives.
- Experience managing technical staff and building cohesive teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in implementing effective accountability, transparency, public oversight, audit and anti-corruption activities.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including ability to engage stakeholder in dialogue, lead formal meetings, design and conduct training, and produce high quality practical analytical reports and knowledge products.
- Familiarity with the Ukrainian anti-corruption reform agenda and leading anti-corruption agencies.
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language with excellent written and oral communications skills required, with proficiency in English strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of and prior experience working on USAID-funded activities strongly preferred.
