Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, business, finance, political science, or public administration required.
- Minimum five years of professional experience in program management, governance, or a related field required.
- Experience working with USAID or other international development organizations preferred.
- Experience in managing and implementing projects, including budgeting, planning, and monitoring.
- Understanding of Sri Lankan political and governance structures.
- Ability to adapt to changing political environments.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government officials, civil society, and international partners.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
- Fluency in English and one national language, such as Sinhala or Tamil, required. Proficiency in a second national language, such as Sinhala or Tamil, desired.
